Telephone interview with around 10 to 15 technical questions. Some information on roles and scrum. On clearing phone interview they would ask face to face interview. Difficulty level was average. Some easy questions and some not used in day to day programming.

This was a phone call screening. The interviewer was a scrum master. He asked some technical questions. He really did not seem to know about the technical questions what he was asking. I say this since he was listening for keywords. Most recruiters use this technique as well. In the end they passed and moved on with other candidates. This was confusing since the interview asked about the next interview. I responded with the possibility of doing a Skype interview. This did not sit well with them.

Mainly the basic questions relating to C# .NET such as what is a struct, what is a class, what is a reference type, what is a value type, etc. He also asked about scrum and agile. The questions were pretty standard. Nothing too difficult.
