Applied online. Took about month after I applied, to set up an interview. They don't start interviews until after the application closing date. It was a panel interview with 2 education coordinators, 1 HR personal, your direct boss, and the boss of bosses. I thought the interview was pretty easy, I flowed and talked well with everyone. I actually felt confident about all my answers and how I was getting along with the room. Waited about 3 weeks with no word from anyone, so I sent a follow up email (with no response). Recieved a rejection email 3 months later.
