They told me that my pay is way above their pay scale. They told me that they don’t hire people that ask for more money than their pay scale. I have a feeling this location is full of travel nurses. You can’t expect to pay 20 an hour for a RN and have them work 5 shifts a week to account for cost of living at the beach of all places. Five minutes on the phone with your recruitment office made me feel like I was undervalued and unappreciated. Have fun paying that traveller 70 an hour for a six week contract.
