It started with a email invite to a zoom interview. The zoom interview was mostly describing the job description and seeing if I was interested. I was also asked about 3 basic interview questions. The whole process took about 1 hour. It started with me waiting about 20 minutes for my interview started. Then I was taken back to the pharmacy room where NINE, yes NINE people were sitting in a circle around a chair where I was meant to sit. I was like “wow.” I wasn’t used to or prepared for that. Everyone had a clipboard and was making notes about me the entire time. It was a bit daunting at first. The start by introducing themselves. Who they are and how long they have been working there. Then they pick a strange question to “open” the room up and make it more causal and less stressful, and then it’s your turn. Once the prices starts, it’s not too bad. I felt it was a basic interview, except I had nine people staring at me. I think I did well, or at least as well as I could have. When it was over I was told a recruiter would contact me in 1 week because they had another interview. I’m going on week 2, so it’s safe to say I was ghosted. But it’s good to practice interviews, so it wasn’t a pointless endeavor.

Applied online, got called for an interview. Was interviewed by a peer panel, was told to let me know next week, but was never called or heard from ever again.
