Telephonic was good. Personal round was bad because the questions were irrelevant. Interviewer was in a mood to boost his self expertise and was trying to put the other person down.

There are 3 rounds of interview and almost all rounds have technical part involved in discussions. Communication skills apart from technical knowledge also been tested, interview panel members are very supportive and encourage healthy discussions over past work experiences, in between also keep throwing case studies kind of practice questions. Good interview experience.
