The role was advertised for over a month and via many media channels. I applied through a known recruitment agency who was able to give me specific guidelines.Panel interview with National Sales Manager and Regional Manager. Ask to present 2 Presentations on Challenge and Planning. 4 other applicants. Following the initial panel interview there were 2 other interviews.
Telephone interview with HR.
psychometric and Mathematical on line.
Mangers were very easy to talk to. Very realistic and well informed within their market place. Questions were expected and relevant to the role.
I felt relaxed and able to communicate with confidence. The candidate who was successful was in a similar role and had specific knowledge of the disease area.
