1. Gespräch sehr freundlich und ausführlich mit HR und einem Teamleiter. 2. Gespräch mit der potentiellen Vorgesetzten und einer weiteren Leitungsperson (medical head). Beide von anfang an sehr unfreundlich im Ton und Umgang.

Ich habe eine Präsentation auf Englisch vorbereitet (vorher mit HR abgesprochen). Da unterbricht das medical Head und fragt "warum". Die Antwort war weil die HR mir das offen gelassen hat.
Am ende der Präsentation fragt der medical head "was war meine Aufgabe" als ob ich über ein ganz anderes Thema gesprochen habe. Ich habe ihr das Thema erneut erklärt und gezeigt and dass ich mich zu 100% an die mir zugeteilte Aufgabe gehalten habe.

Vorstellung einer case study, die an den zu vergebenden Job angelehnt war. Die Aufagbe kam ohne Literatur ca eine Woche vorher. Der Vertrag war auf 30 Min angelegt. Plot twist, vor Ort hatte ich 15 Min. Test ob ich mich auf das wichtigste fokussieren kann.

Round 2 is a presentation to 3 senior associates based on pre-read (usually a clinical trial) and more strategic and more fit questions.

Das Gespräch hat an einem Freitag Nachmittag stattgefunden, die Interviewer kamen zu spät, wollten mich gar nicht wirklich kennen lernen. Im Gespräch hat sich auch herausgestellt, dass die Stellenanzeige fehlerhaft war.
