Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un selezionatore. La procedura ha richiesto 6 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Novartis (Chennai)

Hiring took almost 2 months and dragged to different towns to meet different interviewers . The process went up to HR salary negotiation . Till that I could able to fulfil the expectations of the interviewers. Finally no response. When i approached the consultant i came to know that I got rejected . The comments are my present salary was high and some silly fault in my CV.
My point is, my CTC and CV were there same on the beginning of the interview process. They could have reject it by the time when i applied.
It was a wastage of time and money for me.
