I was headhunted by 3 different and independent recruiters including one of their own departments. Invited to apply as I had the skills they were looking for. I was told to expect a phone call from the hiring manager "any day soon". No call ever came and no emails or phone calls from me were ever answered. I got a generic rejection 10 weeks later. Then a further 2 months after that I got a call from them saying that they had changed their mind and was I still interested. I said I was and the person on the phone discussed company cars more than the job, but said the hiring manager would call within two weeks. I never heard anything again and any phone call I made just rang out with no answer or ability to leave a message. If they consider you a backup or second choice, don't expect any courtesy or respect.

2 stages: (1) virtual screening with talent acquisition and (2) panel interview and clinical study presentation
Entry-level applicant and first MSL interview. I had a very positive experience at both stages of the interview. Absolutely no complaints for anyone on the team. Everyone was very personable and the interview felt more like a conversation than an interview. Unfortunately the other applicant at the 2nd stage had more experience to handle specific needs of the company at that specific time.

Ho ricevuto un primo contatto telefonico e poi ho fatto due colloqui. Il primo con le risorse umane insieme all’MSL manager, il secondo con il responsabile dell’area terapeutica. Entrambi i colloqui sono stati svolti in presenza.

5 Interviews mit verschiedenen Abteilungen. Eine Woche, um eigene Präsentation vorzubereiten. Hat zu lange gedauert. Zeitaufwändig in allen Aspekten. Das Team war nicht wirklich freundlich. Ich würde nicht mehr so viel Zeit in einen solchen Prozess investieren.
