Initially, the HR specialist communicated quite well. They asked me to register in their HR system, but nobody specified I should also completely fill in the profile and upload my documents. This slowed down the process at the beginning. I had a prescreening call which went fine. The HR specialist specified that two interviews would follow and said that her colleague would contact me to make further appointments. However, the company never got back to me. After two weeks I left a message on an answering machine - it was impossible to get through. After another week I sent an email and no one got back to me again. After another month, I accidentally learnt from a friend who works in the company, that the position is already filled. No one has informed me to this date that the selection process has been closed. This is the worst experience I have ever had.
