The hiring process was unnecessarily long. After telephone screening I had an interview with the country head, which I enjoyed pretty much. Interesting person with interesting questions. The second round was the technical one, where I was given three little tests/tasks, difficult enough to filter out the people who doesn't have prior experience. This was fine too, I enjoyed it. Finally, the third round was with the HR. She was visibly bored, a bit ignorant and you could clearly see that she doesn't want this at all. About two weeks passed after each round, therefore I got the final email after six weeks which was a no. Probably they didn't hire me, because I was too motivated and sometimes I replied a bit high-minded too, which I admit and I try to overcome. The hiring process should not be this unorganized...and by the way they are still looking for a candidate and it's September...

Step 1: English proficiency test (multiple choice questions, harder than TOEIC, easier than IELTS; followed by English-to-Mandarin translation of a filled CIOMS form).
Step 2: In-person interview in Mandarin.
Step 3: Phone interview in English with the Asia-Pacific regional manager from Singapore.

If you are selected for an interview the first round is a 1 hr interview with talent acquisition. I did not get past this round but TA mentioned a 2 nd interview with hiring managers then a final interview with the director

There are three round of interviews. Initially the first one with the HR. Second one with HR and department head. And the last one with country president. It usually takes a few weeks to compete the process.
