Selection process involved group discussion and personal interview after the CV based shortlisting. The group discussion topics were quite generic and personal interview was not technical rather only profile based.

I had 2 interviews, they asked me about my values and what should i be doing in certain scenarios and had to write two very easy codes.
2nd interview was the hr round she asked me if i will be cofortable joining in a different location, what are my plans for future, how do i tackle ant situtation that i come across in my day to day work.

The discussion felt more like a collaborative exchange of ideas than a traditional Q&A, and shortly after, I received an offer for the position.
