I got an email a few days after I applied for a position at Prague. We agreed to have a call, but they postponed the call at the last minute.
They proposed an alternative day and hour and I accepted immediately because the timing was good.
But I waited for the call and they never showed up.
Worst thing is that I wrote them to check what happened and they never answered. I contacted someone else in his department to find out if he was sick, but they gave me the runaround.
Therefore, the Novartis Prague HR department is disrespectful with the candidates. So it probably won't be a good place to work if HR people behave like this.

They mostly asked the typical character and situational related questions. Seemed like they knew what they wanted based on resume and wanted to get to know the applicant more than ask questions about my resume.

Talent acquisition had a talk with me about what would I like to do. It was a very pleasant experience. We talked about my experience and my wishes. We switched LinkedIn profiles at the end and we discussed what are the entering level salaryes.
