Asked appropriate questions- asked situational questions and allowed time for a complete answer

Situation about working with a wide variety of sales associates
Lengthy. Had 5 interviews and did not get the job. There was little communication throughout the process. At one point I did not hear from them for a month. Then the interviews started again.
