Had to go through a phone screen with one of the hiring managers then 3 separate interviews with each manager. An hour each. The interviewers were friendly but a total of 4 interviews for a mid level role is unnecessary when it could have been a panel. Plus they never communicated their decision post interviews and my HR contact kept giving me the runaround. A month later someone did contact me to let me know that I was not selected.
