Got initial mail from recruiter, followed up with 30 minutes screening call in few days; quite pleasant. Followed up call with hiring manager after one month which took 45 minutes. Manager seemed absolutely bored and uninterested from the very start of the meeting, just read few generic questions, but there was no discussion or feedback during the interview. Manager then said they'll follow up after one month. After two months I've received mail, that hiring process has been paused and the position won't be opened at the moment. Apparently they'll get in touch if the position is back from the pause. Absolutely unprofessional and waste of time.
