2 rounds on the same day, first behavioral part, second 2 tasks to solve. The same questions are used for all candidates so it is scripted behavioral interview. Questions are related to people managment, conflict managment and performance review of your potential team. Afterwards the presentation is a panel, you need to explain how you would approch the issue and respond to the questions
