5 interviews, 2-3 one to one , followed by panel then BU manager
each about 20 minutes and there was 2 tests ( medical and IQ)
the process was ok , not hard but it depends on the hiring manager

There is a role play during the interview. You better to read the clinical studies and understand the product before the interview.
They asked what will you do when facing various senecios or challenges.

Hiring manager was nice and easy to talk to. Asked common pharma interview questions like 30 60 90. Discussed career progression which I thought was unique. Conversation lasted about an hour although my background was not a perfect fit for this drug class
Easy 2 step process. First interview is 45 min long. Two senior managers and one HR. Mostly behavioral questions requiring STAR responces. Second interview with Head of HR and Head of Unit. 30 min long. Short screen on CV, how will you cntribute to the position.
