After application submission the company contacted me via email (three weeks after application) and scheduled two calls (tech interview with HR and interview with LM, HR and department director). The interview went well, there were a lot of questions like “describe a situation when…”. I prepared for such questions and believe that I answered them well. However my big disadvantage (I assume) to them was that I have had a work visa at the country I was applying to. They never returned with an answer to me, even when I contacted HR after two weeks of silence.
