the HR mentioned two interviewers would attend, but only one showed up. The interviewer seemed disengaged, asking only four questions before wrapping up. I was told HR would follow up, and after another four days, I received an email stating that my profile wasn’t shortlisted. Each stage of the process took more than 20 days, I hope this helps others who aspire to work there to plan wisely. Instead, I will consider Novartis opportunities abroad than India where the experience might be better.
