3 interviews were conducted. The first was the screening call with the P&O partner; the meeting was focused on salary expectations and background knowledge. Second interview was with the local team and it was focused on their operations and questions were made about formulation of liquid dosage forms (sterile dosage forms). Third interview with global team focusing on statistical evaluation and modeling

3 rounds of interviews: HR, hiring manager and a group interview. The group interview lasted for a whole day and included a PPT presentation, group discussions and panelist 1-1 interviews.
