Human Resources will arrange the panel interview with managers and team leads. If selected, Human Resources will reconnect with an offer.

Got an email response from their talent acquisition member asking to schedule a phone interview the following week (behavioral and confirming you have the minimum experience and education requirements). Went well and got an email saying they want to set up an on-site interview. On site interview happened a week later with a team manager. Got a phone call the following morning that they'd like to offer me the position.

The interview process is two-tier. A call with a recruiter then with an interview team. The recruiter was extremely helpful and real with me. She painted the job description as bleak as possible and then we built a relationship from there. She told me that she was recommending me to the next round during our phone interview and that made me feel confident.
