Somewhat standard. First call with recruiter then regional lead. Seems like they were a little unprepared as a lot of the questions I asked were pinned for later. Had a 3rd call with the CEO. Very short and dry. Seems like he was more concerned about the contacts that I would bring that anything else. He also wasn't who made the hiring decisions, which was surprising. You still had to speak with HR and another person. Speaking with the CEO you expect a little more than your average interview. Especially setting the tone for the company which left me unimpressed and took away my interest in the position, so I withdrew my application.
