The solicitation took around 3 interviews. The first one was on the phone with the internal recruiter. The second one on zoom ( but will likely for you be in person). The internal recruiter asked general questions about past experiences and applications I had made. Also some technical questions regarding React. After this interview they sent me a test which I could make on my own pace but with a maximum of 4 hours that I could spend on it.
After this came an on person interview together with the CTO and internal recruiter. I did not get a job offer. The reasons they gave were
1. I still lack skills in typescript (which to me doesn't seem that big of a deal as this can be learned and in a short amount of time
2. Their project can go up to one year and they though it would be problematic for me. ( Which is not the case as I do expect projects to be this long and this isn't really an issue)
I think there is another reason for why they really rejected me which is.
1. I rejected working on any projects that greatly impact society negatively. (Alcohol / smoking / gambling)
2. I pushed them to give me a job offer since I had another company waiting for my response to their job offer.
The internal recruiter and CTO were very kind. And I have no doubt that working in N5 will be a great experience. So anyone that is reading this review do not be discouraged and shoot your shot.
