First stage with a "global" head discussing standard project management processes. Second stage a repetition of the first stage with the "COO". Third stage, informed of DISC personality test. Received an invitation to a digital questionnaire which was completed in 5 minutes- I was then scheduled to talk with HR and the "COO" to read through the "output" of this DISC test. 40 minutes were spent talking about the test results.
