Applied on 03/15 and reached out to connect with some individuals from the company on LI. The recruiter reached out to me on 04/02 with an automated message to schedule a call with her. I scheduled for 04/04 at 10 a.m. PDT and confirmed the time. The recruiter called me at 10:30 a.m. Apparently, she had gotten the time incorrect? After the screener, I was told that I'd be contacted a few days later to set up a call with the hiring manager. I never received a call. I sent a thank you immediately after my interview and a follow-up message a week later asking about my candidacy -- no response. Seems very unorganized.
