Very professional and they make an effort to know you. They asked about what motivates me and why I would like to work there. They explained the job environment and what woukd it look to work there.
It was a good experience, overall. The interview included a phone screening, two in-person interviews with HR and the hiring manager, and concluded with a final assessment and SMART Serve screening.
