The selection process was overall well structured and clearly communicated over time, and I appreciated the flexibility in scheduling the interviews. However, it was quite long and demanding, spanning a couple of months with multiple stages (four remote interviews plus an on-site dev day), which made it rather intense. In particular, the dev day had progressively challenging technical questions, starting from simpler tasks and moving toward more complex architectural discussions, making it a rigorous but engaging experience.

I had a very positive experience with the entire hiring process, which was noticeably faster than in my previous experiences (I received the offer in less than four weeks). The recruiter was very supportive and responsive, and feedback after each step usually arrived within a day, sometimes even on the same day. Process: 1) initial video call with the recruiter, who managed the whole process 2) technical interview (video call) 3)on-site interview with three technical rounds in the same morning (about one hour each) 4) video call with the CTO 5) short video call to discuss the offer (reference check in parallel) 6) contract received shortly after. I particularly enjoyed the time on site, and the opportunity to have lunch with some of the team. I felt very welcomed and the environment felt both friendly and highly technical.
