I was impressed by the interview process at Nsight. I thought they were very professional, although there were long delays between contacts. My hiring manager was nice, and I thought that I had good open communication with her.
I had responded to a recruiter's email for a Network engineering Internship. I had two phone interviews. The first with a hiring manager, and the second with an engineering manager. The first interview went over background and behavioral questions. They said they would respond within three weeks, and returned contact after six weeks.
I was asked to sign consent to a background check. They decided I would be a better fit for a different Engineer Co-op position. Given my school's system, I cannot fit a co-op into my schedule, but they were willing to make the position into a summer internship. The second interview asked technical questions, and explained the department I would be working in. After two weeks I was rejected. They said that they chose a candidate with more relevant experience. Still think highly of the company. I haven't interviewed much, and thought this was a good experience.
