I sent my resume via indeed.com, got a call a few days later for a phone interview. I was told there were other applicants to interview and if I passed this portion I would get a invite for a f2f interview. I didn't hear anything for a few weeks and got a email for scheduling a interview time to come in for f2f with Noc manager and CEO of the company. The interview went well and I assumed I had a good chance to get this job. Didn't get the job but the process was very positive.
