Just walk-in in one of the offices with ur updated resume. There will be a skill test and that's the main thing. If u clear that, u r selected. For home-base, u have to apply online on the company's website. Then they will mail u the test files. Once u r done, u have to upload the text files. If u r through with that, they will send u the contract papers. Just sign them and courier them back.

the interviewer was nice and professional, easy to get through, asked great questions that were fairly simple to give responses to, she answered my questions as well. waiting for response.

Easy and extremely casual. Basically they will hire anybody. You are disposable. It's not so much an interview as a job offer. Unless you are clearly incompetent and unable to do the job, they will hire you.

Online skills assessment followed by phone interview. Because I applied over the holidays there was a 2 week delay between the skills assessment and phone interview. The recruiter was friendly and the interview questions were all fairly easy and straightforward.
