1) Written test : Aptitude + Java + Spring + Hibernate : questions of no importance all theoretical 2) Technical : Core Java + 1 simple ques of Spring and Hibernate each ( interviewer was more into showing what he know rather than knowing what you know ) 3) Technical : Most irritating technical round - gave 3 data structure ques which I solved but he was more interested into knowing theory only 4) Managerial : Poor management and interview skill - he started well to ask a ques but then got a call and he said that to the caller "Okay wait for me I will come in 10min .. and then he just winded up my interview saying he needs to go)

I have attended the first roun and wat answering the questions. In between interviewer asked "Do you have any questions" and Cut the call. This is not the right way to take interview. His name is Selva.
