I successfully cleared all the interview rounds and even had a positive discussion with HR, where I was informed that I was selected. They were supposed to send the offer letter, but after a week, I received a call stating that the role had been put on hold. This experience has been highly disappointing, as it wasted not only my time and effort but likely that of many others as well. Such unprofessional and unethical behavior is deeply disheartening.
