The interview process is a panel interview with 2-3 people in the interview. Pretty straight forward, the team seemed down to earth. Asked pretty straight forward questions. Nothing too stressful.

LONG. Very tedious. Be ready for a 3-4 week process minimum. It was easier to join the military and the military brain washed me less. Do not drink the cool-aid.
