It should already be a red flag that 99% of their employees are white straight people. Company should really try and focus on their diversity. I can tell the people who get the jobs are only those who already have connection.

My interview process was seamless and prompt. I applied on LinkedIn, and the Executive Vice President reached out to schedule an interview the next day.
The first interview was one hour long, which was a great sign as most companies usually only carve out thirty minutes, and we used the whole hour. I was impressed with the Vice President's genuine interest in my experience. I felt the conversation was informative and a two-way street.
The next day, I was offered a second interview with two other management members. This interview was also an hour and very thorough.
Each person I met with was very transparent and answered my questions thoroughly. When it came to any concerns I had (mainly regarding prev. glassdoor reviews), they had thoughtful responses and I felt more and more comfortable as time went on.
