It depends on who's interviewing you. It could be good or bad, not every interviewer holds the same standards. If they like you then you have a shot, if not then try your luck at a different location
Interview process was fine and simple, no stress about it was relatively easy. Came from another club so was easier than coming as an outsider. Interview process was similar to most others
