The first person I talked to explain a little history of the company and asked questions regarding my resume and application. I then scheduled a interview for that same day. I was then interviewed by the Store Director and had an amazing conversation about their values and expectations of associates. It was a very quick and professional process that was not intimidating or confusing at all.
