It began with a self scheduled 15-30 minute phone interview. I got a call back the same day to schedule an in person interview. My in person interview was with the store director and grocery manager. It was about 15 minutes long. They really want to see that you have a positive attitude. I got a phone call the same day that I was hired. Both interviews felt very conversational.
