Initially I was interviewed by our Executive Director, who respected my experience in appointing franchisees and wanted me to contribute the same in this job. Subsequently Managing Director ( and now Chairman) interviewed me, who wanted this new business of service of UPS through franchisee be started and run smoothly by me.
