Several rounds of interviews with various stakeholders including hiring manager and other team members. Process was structured but didn't offer a good candidate experience in my mind. Throughout the process, there were multiple times where I was told I'd hear back or receive certain information/answers by a certain date with no follow through. The salary range posted in the listing was very different from the actual range for the position, which I didn't think was a good business practice. The company has the potential to become "irresistible" (as they aspire to be) but, at least from an interviewing process standpoint, they have a long way to go. They actually send a candidate survey to see how they're doing (which I believe they're genuinely interested in) but I thought it was sent too early and closed too soon. I was actually very interested in submitting constructive feedback, which I didn't get to do.
