After arriving at the building, there was a short wait and then I was called in to chat with the hiring manager. He asked only a few questions before claiming that he was extremely impressed and would hire me on the spot. I learned from my coworkers that this statement was typical for all new hires.

Arrived in person at the branch and it was a casual yet detailed interview on personal work history as well as the job perks and expectations.
