Got interview through a hiring agency. 1st round was an automated screening interview with no live person. Questions pop up on screen and you have to record an answer. Luckily, you get one free do-over if you don't like your answer. 12 questions, about an hour to finish including do-overs. Afterwards, ghosted me almost 3 weeks. Had to follow up twice before being told that I didn't pass the first interview. They claimed that the delay was due to some shuffling in the HR department.
