A number of interviews is conducted to the pick the mind of the candidate. The staff seem to be less experienced than the people they are interviewing, there is a clear knowledge gap of not only how the digital industry works, but the roles and responsibilities of the people they are interviewing. I would caution anyone looking to interview here that is senior in their career to not waist their time.
