Had initial interview with panel of 3 leaders interviewing me, including hiring manager. All asked questions and were interested in specific pieces of my experience on resume. Also, asked me what I knew about Nutrien. This was followed by a second interview with hiring manager's supervisor (Global Director).

Initially very keen to interview and lock me in asap. Told me if I was given an offer I had to accept in 24hrs. Ok, I didn't apply for the job, you approached me. I chased up for days as I'd heard nothing after being called a lot leading up to the interview. Someone finally calls back and says I don't have enough experience (literally have been doing what they claim I have no experience in for over 7 years)! So for me, I felt like they didn't even read my resume and felt like a waste of time.
