The digital interview consisted of 3 video questions and 2 written. Two of the video questions were: Describe a project you were involved in, and describe how you worked within a team. The 2 written asked about the importance of Nutrien's values, especially safety. It also asked for your year of study, gpa, and anything else you wanted to add.
