Passed the initial screening call. Proceeded to the next stage (2 panel competency based interview).
No issues with any of the stakeholders; all friendly, and nothing overly taxing, question wise.
However, got ghosted for over 3 weeks. I think being ignored after a screening call is just about acceptable, but not after a proper interview.
All for a SENIOR role in London that has a below average salary offering, with zero commission.

We will take on board your feedback regarding the absence of communication after your interview until feedback. We have informed all candidates of the feedback but we want the process from a candidate expeirence to be better than what you experienced. Thanks for flagging your concerns.
Considering I work full-time in the office, I had to put in extra effort to carve out time for yet another unnecessary video call—this one with Nutritics’ HR representative. The call itself was generally fine and covered the expected topics, though it became a little patronising toward the end, which gave me the sense I probably wouldn’t be moving forward.
What really stood out was the complete lack of follow-up. I was never informed whether I progressed or not, and no feedback was provided at all. For a company that expects candidates to prepare and take time out of their day, this level of communication is unprofessional. At the very least, a brief courtesy message would have shown respect for the candidate’s time.
It’s not out of place to call this kind of process careless—especially when someone makes the effort to attend a scheduled call. A lack of basic feedback leaves a poor impression, regardless of how well the actual conversation went.

The hiring process was pretty straightforward with a first introduction call with the HR team, a technical assessment and the last technical call with a senior engineer, the time given to complete the assessment was around 1,5 hours and was more than enough
