The interview process was very straightforward - a quick phone call with the recruiter followed up by a 2-to-1 interview with the hiring managers. Both hiring managers were enjoyable to talk to. After the second round interview, I followed up with the recruiter at Nuveen multiple times asking for an update, what the next steps were, and a possible timeline. I followed up multiple times and he ignored all e-mails. When the main part of your job is to communicate with potential candidates, I find it highly unprofessional to blatantly ignore e-mails after you have already had multiple conversations and communications with a person.
