It was first a phone call with an HR person. Very dry and non conversational. He was just trying to check the boxes to decide whether to pass me on to the next interviewer.

Three rounds of interviews with increasingly senior staff ranging from associate to managing director. Most questions focused on culture fit while also assuring necessary qualifications met. Excel modeling test and some technical questions asked.
