My situation does not necessarily reflect the overall interview process. It was conducted over dinner at a restaurant. Simply an hour over a meal of me talking about myself and my experience and I was hired. The interview was conducted by the head of the department and the entire process was non-threatening and very laid back. My interviewer nor I dressed for the occasion. I was wearing shorts.
