Three phase interview to allowed multiple levels of management the ability to interview a panel of applicants. First phase of the interviews went over an applicant's background (from childhood through current events). Second phase applied to commercial construction and basic plan reading. Third phase dealt with problem solving/critical thinking. Overall it was not overly stressful and most of the interviewers were warm and welcoming.

First a phone call to see if your qualifications and personality would be a good fit. The phone interview lasted half an hour and I was given a brief overview of the position. I was asked about my job history and experience. After a few days I was invited for a face to face interview. I met with a few different people and asked many, many questions.
